One inbox, no ticketing system. You will get a reply from a human, usually within one business day and almost never later than two. If you do not hear back within three business days, please send a follow-up. Sometimes mail providers route things into spam on both ends.
What to Email About
- Correction or update. If a price, a feature, or a screenshot is out of date, point us to the article and what is wrong. We fix verified errors fast.
- Tool suggestion. If we missed something in a roundup, send the link and one or two sentences on why it deserves a spot. We test it.
- Partnership or media. Sponsored placements are clearly disclosed and editorially separate from review content. Pitch the offer and we will say yes or no within a week.
- Press and interviews. We are happy to comment on software trends within our coverage area.
- Privacy and data requests. See our Privacy Policy for the formal process. We answer access, correction, and deletion requests within 30 days.
What Not to Email About
- Guest posts and link insertions. We do not accept either. Filtered automatically.
- SEO services, “audit” pitches, AI-content packages. Same as above.
- Tech support for the tools we review. Reach out to the vendor directly. We are reviewers, not their helpdesk.

Do you accept paid reviews?
No. We sometimes run sponsored content for visibility, but those posts are labeled and never edited to favor the sponsor. Roundups and comparisons are independent.
Do you use affiliate links?
Yes, in some articles. They never change a tool’s ranking. See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.
How do you decide what to cover?
Mostly reader requests and the categories listed on our About page: productivity, AI tools, design, project management, developer tools, privacy and security software. If a category is missing, email us and we will consider it.
Can I republish your content?
Short excerpts with a link back are fine. Full reprints require permission. Email first.
